You’ll be able to see the shipping charges before you finalize your purchase or your credit card is charged. Shipping charges will be calculated based on your geographic location and the weight of your order. We’ll ship your order within 2 business days of receiving it. Our shopping cart offers shipping via UPS Ground. Your order ships from South Carolina, and takes from 1-5 business days to arrive once shipped. When your order is ready to be shipped you’ll receive an email from UPS with your tracking number. Note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, see below for more info.

P.O. Box, AK, HI and PR
Since UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, and is very expensive to AK, HI and PR, we’d be happy to send your package through the US Postal Service. Just contact us by email, fax or phone with your order information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We are passionate about offering you the best marketing and communications advice. Our initial assessment comes with a 10-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact customer service. Software and all downloadable products are guaranteed against technical defects. If you have a problem, just let us know and we'll fix it, replace it, or refund your purchase price. All modules are subject to the refund policies below.

Training

Reschedules
MMP participants may reschedule an appointment without  penalty by notifying MainMarketingPoint at least (3) working days prior to the class date. If you need to cancel or reschedule your class date within the three day period, you may send a substitute from your organization to avoid any cancellation fees.

Cancellations
Registrants may cancel up to fifteen (15) days prior to the start date of a module and will be reimbursed or rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made with seven (7) days notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the list price for the module. Registrants that do not show for class or provide less than seven (7) days notice will be assessed a no show fee of 100% of the list price for the class. MainMarketingPoint reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a specific module.

Changes and Modifications

MainMarketingPoint reserves the right to modify this policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on the MainMarketingPoint website.

Due to the nature of online sales, this policy is strictly enforced.
